For anyone following this blog who is also following the saga of contractual indemnification conflicts for military disability after Howell, oral argument in my Martin case is set before the NV Supreme Court on Sept. 8, at 2:00 p.m. PST. It will be live-streamed at https://nvcourts.gov/supreme/ . The briefing is posted at https://caseinfo.nvsupremecourt.us/public/caseView.do…. The AAML submitted an amicus brief on the side of the spouse.
