Can I change my daughter’s last name to my fiancé’s last name?

Q: His not the real dad but the real dad don’t know that I get pregnant and we have a baby I don’t have a communication anymore to my ex and I don’t know what his address, phone number what I can do I pay already and they asking me about the father side what can I do please help me im so desperate.
