Ron Arellano

Ron ArellanoBorn and raised in Georgia, Ron relocated to Las Vegas in 2018 and has proudly called it home ever since. Before becoming an attorney, he served as a U.S. Army Infantryman, earned degrees from San Diego State University and Florida State University, and spent years working in human performance, helping athletes and military operators achieve optimal physical performance through discipline and thorough planning. That background shapes how he approaches every client: with patience, strategic thinking, and a commitment to success.

Ron earned his JD and MBA jointly from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law and Lee Business School in 2024, and was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in May 2025. During law school, he gained practical experience at personal injury law firms, the Nevada Labor Commissioner’s Office, and with in-house legal counsel within a casino gaming company.

After admission, Ron launched his own personal injury practice and deepened his litigation foundation through debtor’s defense work while simultaneously gaining hands-on family law experience handling divorce and custody matters alongside an established family law firm. That combination of courtroom exposure, client advocacy, and collaborative legal work brought him to where he is today.

He understands, both professionally and personally, that transitions, even the hardest ones, can lead to something better. That understanding is at the core of how he shows up for his clients every day.
