Darcy received her B.A. in Criminal Justice and Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in May 2017. She began her employment with the Willick Law Group as a law clerk in February 2019, and received her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law in May 2020. While in law school, Darcy practiced as a student attorney with the Thomas and Mack Legal Clinic where she was able to act as a mediator for family law disputes, externed at the Eighth Judicial District Court, externed at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office (Family Support Division), and travelled to compete in a National Negotiation Competition.

Darcy was admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada in October 2020.
